What do I get with a Basic Membership?

Our membership is free for everyone. Free membership gives you the access to our user panel wherein you will be permitted list your business, or list the business of a third party provided it doesn’t violate any of our policy guidelines. Basic membership also gives you the option to browse our forums, post queries and get answers, share your thoughts etc.

Can I have more than one account?

Nope, we only allow one account per person. Multiple Basic accounts will be removed by Dotix moderators. You are permitted to have more than one account if you are a premium user, provided you use different email address for each accounts.

Will my account ever be deleted?

As long as you are following Guidelines and logging in every once in a while, your account will remain intact. We consider accounts that have not been used for a full year to be inactive, and we reserve the right to remove inactive accounts if your accounts do not have any listings associated with it. To keep an account active, just log in periodically.

How can I get someone’s email address if it is not listed in the Directory?

If an email address is not listed in the Directory, it means that person has not supplied us with an email address. We recommend that you place a phone call or send a letter to the phone number or address listed for that person asking for an email address. If the person is a faculty or staff member, you may contact the department for which they work or see that department’s Web page. Our policies do not allow us to help locate people..
